Am 9. und 10. April 2025 finden die Deutschen Biotechnologietage (DBT) in Heidelberg statt – eines der zentralen Events der Biotechnologie-Branche in Deutschland. BIO.NRW wird gemeinsam mit Startups, KMU und BioRegionen aus NRW vertreten sein und freut sich auf den Austausch mit Akteur:innen aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik.
Die Veranstaltung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, um die neuesten Entwicklungen der Biotechnologie kennenzulernen und sich über aktuelle Herausforderungen und Innovationen auszutauschen. Von personalisierter Medizin und KI über industrielle Biotechnologie bis hin zur Bioökonomie ist alles dabei. Das Programm umfasst Präsentationen, Podiumsdiskussionen sowie Breakout-Sessions auch rund um das Thema Finanzierung für aufstrebende Unternehmen.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Verleihung des Innovationspreises der Deutschen BioRegionen, bei dem herausragende Forschungsansätze im Bereich Biotechnologie ausgezeichnet werden. Networking-Gelegenheiten – ob beim Lunch oder während der Abendveranstaltungen – runden das Programm ab.

BIO.NRW at the German Biotechnology Days (DBT) 2025 in Heidelberg – Come and meet us there!
BIO.NRW is delighted to announce its participation in the German Biotechnology Days (DBT) 2025, which will be held in Heidelberg on 9 and 10 April 2025. This event is widely regarded as one of the most significant gatherings in the biotechnology industry in Germany. Representing NRW, BIO.NRW will be joined by startups, SME and bioregions from NRW and is looking forward to exchanging ideas with stakeholders from business, science and politics.
The event offers a wide range of opportunities to learn about the latest developments in biotechnology and to exchange ideas about current challenges and innovations, from personalized medicine and AI to industrial biotechnology and bioeconomy. The programme includes presentations, panel discussions and breakout sessions, also on the topic of financing for emerging companies.
A special highlight is the presentation of the Innovation Award of the German BioRegions, which honors outstanding research in the field of biotechnology. Networking opportunities – whether at lunch or during the evening events – round off the programme.
